Responsibilities as a Flagger

• Control traffic in and around active worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist with general construction work under the supervision of the Foreman or Supervisor
• Drive safely following company safe driving policies
• Adhere to local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain and clean all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver's license with a good driving record
• Previous flagging experience preferred

Physical Requirements & Exposures

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical activities like bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting between 10-25 pounds routinely; up to 55 pounds occasionally
