What you’ll do as a Flagger

• Control traffic in and around active worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Perform general construction work under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor as needed
• Drive safely and adhere to company safe driving policies
• Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver’s license (non-provisional) with an acceptable driving record
• Previous flagging experience (preferred)

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift 10-25 pounds, perform fine hand motions, use keyboard and mouse
• Occasionally: work with arms above shoulder level, climb stairs, lift 26-55 pounds
