Responsibilities

• Control traffic at active worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist with general construction tasks under supervision
• Drive safely and adhere to company driving policies
• Follow DOT guidelines at local, state, and federal levels
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous flagging experience preferred

Physical Requirements & Exposures

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting between 10-25 pounds routinely and up to 55 pounds occasionally
• Perform tasks involving bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and fine motor skills
