Job Description

Role Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
• Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing exceptional service and protection to our clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Experience driving preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $17.25 to $18.00/hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities and guaranteed pay increases within the first year.
• Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to progress to Senior Protector in just 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
