Job Overview

This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned. Starting pay is $13.50/hour. No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and maintain drug-free status.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift 50 pounds.
