Job summary

City Rise Safety, LLC. in Woodbridge, CA is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate daily traffic control jobs for California operations. You will input job orders, schedule crews, monitor sites, and ensure accurate communication with clients and field staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dispatch, experience with scheduling software, and strong organization. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. CDL license required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dispatch scheduling role or equivalent.
• Experience in traffic control or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Accurately record and input job orders received via phone or email into the dispatch scheduling system.
• Schedule and dispatch traffic control employees based on experience, jobsite requirements, location, and utilization metrics.
• Conduct jobsite assessments to determine job classification and resource requirements.
• Review traffic control plans and permits to ensure accurate crew deployment.
