Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator - Traffic Control/Construction to support the Operations Manager and field leadership. The role requires organizing project documentation, scheduling, payroll, billing, purchasing, inventory, and customer communication to keep projects compliant and financially accurate.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced construction environment while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Associate's degree preferred in business or construction management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, or project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities and documentation.
• Prepare daily production reports and work schedules.
• Process payroll timecards and assist onboarding.
• Support project billing and procurement records.
• Maintain branch inventory and asset records.
