Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is hiring a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and field leadership. You will manage project documentation, scheduling, payroll, billing, purchasing, inventory, and customer communication to keep projects compliant and financially accurate.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, is highly organized, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project coordination/administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, project management, payroll, or work order software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities and collect contracts, permits, PO's, and documentation.
• Create and maintain projects, work orders, and customer data in operating systems.
• Maintain project files through lifecycle; ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with scheduling projects, crews, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare daily production reports, load sheets, and schedules.
• Process timecards and assist with onboarding and HR support.
• Support project billing, change orders, and purchasing records.
• Maintain branch inventory records and asset management.
• Serve as admin contact for customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor compliance.
