Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments. You will plan driver assignments, check-ins, and door allocations, serving as the main contact for drivers and ensuring accurate documentation with the warehouse team.

You will verify product counts in the system, log cash from carriers, and reschedule as needed. The role requires data entry in the WMS and flexibility with schedules and temperatures in facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to log and enter data accurately in systems (WMS).
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments and door checks.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse/transportation to finalize shipping docs.
• Verify counts and data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team of no-shows or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
