Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to serve as the primary contact for delivery drivers. You will verify counts, log cash, and ensure shipping docs are complete in collaboration with warehouse and transportation teams.

Proficiency with WMS and MS Office is required, plus the ability to lift 20 lbs and work flexible shifts. This on‑site role offers a pathway to growth within Lineage while supporting a busy cold/dry storage environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Able to operate a WMS scheduler and related systems.
• Ability to lift around 20 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation for accurate documents.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Job description

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
