• Experience with DOTs/local governments preferable.
• CAD/GIS knowledge preferred; EIT/PE licensure preferred.

• Perform traffic operations analyses, traffic impact/corridor studies, and intersection evaluations.
• Develop traffic forecasting and simulation models; support signal timing and ITS design.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and cost estimates; conduct field observations and data collection.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; present findings to stakeholders.
