Job summary

Maverick Studios, the in‑house agency for Inspire Brands, seeks a Traditional Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across six iconic brands, ensuring projects are built, tracked, and delivered from intake to final production.

You will partner with Project Managers, Brand Marketing, Creative teams, and vendors to manage packaging, menus, photo shoots, in‑store collateral, and related assets, keeping timelines organized and on track.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, creative operations, or agency support.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheets or SharePoint or eagerness to learn.
• Understanding of traditional marketing deliverables like packaging, menus, POP.
• Organized with strong timelines, status updates, and documentation.
• Clear communication across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Detail-focused and collaborative, team‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and intake traditional marketing requests for completeness.
• Set up projects, align timelines, assign tasks, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate packaging, menus, POP, and collateral projects.
• Route feedback between Brand Marketing, Creative, and Production.
• Maintain project documentation and asset libraries.
• Support photo shoots planning, timelines, and asset collection.
• Upload, distribute, and archive final files to repositories.
• Ensure assets and specs are properly labeled and approved.
