Job summary

Addepar in Salt Lake City is seeking a Support Analyst to assist investment professionals by navigating Addepar's Trading, OMS, and IBOR platforms. You will respond to client questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal platform use in daily operations.

You’ll work with data-heavy environments, perform root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams, and partner with Product and Account Management to maintain high client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent math and analytical abilities.
• Client-facing experience with problem solving.
• Interest in leveraging technology to solve financial challenges.
• 4+ years in a client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in investment management or OMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve client questions and issues.
• Provide hands-on support to clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work with complex data to identify and fix data and calculation discrepancies.
• Assess issue criticality and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Perform root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain client happiness.
• Guide clients on maximizing platform use through instruction.
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases to completion.
• Become an expert on Addepar’s platform.
