Addepar in Salt Lake City seeks a proactive Support Analyst to help leading investment professionals navigate and maximize Addepar's Trading, Order Management System, and IBOR products.
You will resolve client questions, fix data discrepancies, and partner with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Management to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Support Analysts are critical to empowering some of the world’s most sophisticated investors by helping them navigate and maximize the capabilities of Addepar's Trading, Order Management System (OMS), and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) products. They serve as the first point of contact for addressing client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the platform in daily operations.

They excel in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, possess strong technical and financial acumen, and thrive on building relationships through direct client interactions.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $70,000 - $87,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
