Job summary

Addepar, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Support Analyst in Salt Lake City to manage client health for new and existing clients, providing hands-on software support and ensuring clients get maximum value from each interaction.

You will identify and resolve issues in complex data sets, coordinate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Manager teams, and help clients use Addepar effectively while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in math.
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Plus: Previous experience in investment management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve issues raised by Addepar’s clients.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure client happiness.
• Work with complex data sets to identify data and calculation discrepancies.
• Assess issue criticality and collaborate with internal teams to resolve.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Data teams for root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain client satisfaction.
• Instruct clients on how to use Addepar effectively.
• Context-switch and manage multiple cases to completion.
