Belvedere Trading, LLC seeks a Trading System Support Analyst to join our Intel-focused technology team in Chicago. You will deliver high-quality support to traders, troubleshoot complex issues, and help build a robust knowledge base for fast resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, SQL), and familiarity with Windows/Linux. On-call duties and collaborative problem solving are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven scripting and troubleshooting experience using PowerShell, Python, SQL or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking fundamentals.
• Ability to accommodate on-call duties and cover alternate shifts.
• Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate support for traders by resolving issues promptly and guiding users to effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and log trading system issues, building a knowledge base for future support.
• Automate manual tasks, monitor components, and analyze logs to improve stability.
• Collect data, identify patterns, and correlate problems to determine root causes.
• Recommend improvements to support tools, procedures, and processes to reduce resolution time.
• Develop new tools to identify potential problems before they occur.
