Job summary

Wolverine Trading, LLC is seeking a Trading Applications Support professional to join our Operations team in Chicago. You will support existing trading systems for internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage user logins and configurations, provide 1st-level support via phone, email and IMs, coordinate with exchanges and vendors, work with developers to troubleshoot and document issues, and assist with special projects while aiming for reliable, scalable software

Qualifications

Must have 2-3 years of Financial Services experience.
Understand trading industry concepts and terminology.
Excellent customer support and communication skills.
Proficiency with Windows operating system is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations within WEX systems.
Provide 1st level support to all trading application users; respond to requests via phone, email and IMs.
Coordinate with vendors (Exchanges, ECNs, etc.) to resolve production issues.
Collaborate with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems.
Maintain documentation of support processes and ongoing issues.
Assist with resolving clearing issues.
Work on special projects as necessary.
