Job summary

Marex is seeking a Trading System Implementation Specialist in New York to lead design and deployment of trading system infrastructure. You will own client onboarding, FIX connectivity, and workflow design, partnering across Trading, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, and production readiness while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience across OMS/EMS platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in financial services with trading systems and electronic workflows.
Understanding of FIX connectivity, OMS/EMS, and market data concepts.
Experience with risk controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of trading system infrastructure.
Manage onboarding and integration projects for clients, vendors, and platforms.
Own client-facing FIX connectivity, workflow design, and certification processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable trading solutions.
Oversee testing, production readiness, and governance for deployments.
