Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Trading Support Specialist to provide premier client and advisor service while executing securities transactions in a fast-paced call center environment. You will analyze issues with clearing firms and internal partners to deliver accurate trade corrections.

The role requires FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66 preferred; Series 24/53 encouraged) and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to regulatory and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in trading and error correction.
  • FINRA licenses required/licensed or ability to obtain Series 66 within 60 days.
  • Strong knowledge of investments, trading policies, and back-office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute securities transactions to achieve the best result for clients and representatives while delivering exceptional service in a call center trading environment.
  • Analyze, identify, and resolve complex trading issues with clearing firms, representatives, advisors, and internal partners including trade corrections.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding trade policies and procedures from representatives, advisors, and internal partners.
  • Deliver and track analysis summaries for monthly/quarterly trade corrections and error resolution.
  • Create and issue written procedures; maintain strong internal/external relationships.
  • Escalate issues to Senior Management and stay current on trading trends; manage priorities and deadlines.
