Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Trading Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service while executing securities transactions. You will resolve trading issues, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with advisors, partners, and senior management in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining relationships, staying current on industry trends, and managing deadlines with high accuracy and process discipline. Strong knowledge of investments and back-office operations is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a trading, error correction, or supervisory capacity.
  • FINRA Series 7 required.
  • FINRA Series 66 required or ability to obtain within 60 days.
  • FINRA Series 24 and Series 53 encouraged.

  • Analyze, identify, and resolve complex trading issues with clearing firms, representatives, financial advisors, and internal business partners, including trade corrections.
  • Respond to inquiries from representatives, advisors, and internal partners regarding trade‑related policies and procedures.
  • Deliver and track analysis summaries to internal business units for review and follow‑up on monthly and quarterly trade corrections and error resolution.
  • Participate in the creation and issuance of written procedures.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Communicate and escalate issues as appropriate to senior management.
  • Stay current on trends in the business.
  • Manage priorities and deadlines, understanding the impact on other areas and proposing solutions with the greatest positive impact.

About the Role

As a Trading Support Specialist, you will provide support to clients and financial professionals by delivering an exceptional quality service experience while executing securities transactions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications And Education Requirements
