Qualifications include pursuing or completing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and interest in investment management. Bloomberg Terminal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in investment management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg Terminal experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
• Independence and initiative with drive for results.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Trading Assistants to learn day-to-day trade support tasks.
• Research current capital markets topics and present findings to the investment team.
• Deepen understanding of fixed-income products (bonds, futures, swaps).
• Attend meetings with the investment team to learn Garda’s strategies.
