DV Trading is seeking a dedicated Trade Support professional based in New York to monitor and optimize trading platforms across multiple markets. You will support Linux environments and help traders by collaborating with both technical and business teams.

The role focuses on solving complex operational issues, onboarding new opportunities, and driving automation to streamline trading workflows in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade support role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast.
• Intermediate Bash and core Python ability.
• Able to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets.
• Monitor and support Linux environments.
• Support traders and trading infrastructure within the trading industry.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
• Identify and solve problems encountered in trading operations.
• Assist trade teams with onboarding new opportunities.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
