Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Supply & Trading Strategy & transformation.
• Experience in serving Oil & Gas and/ or Power clients (Integrated Majors, Independent Traders, Hedge Funds etc.).
• Conceptual understanding of Trading Operating Models and Commercial Optimization.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
• Ideally located in Houston; Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects with Associates and Consultants and manage client relationships.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery using OW practices and tools.
• Guide clients and act as trusted advisors across engagements.
• Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities for clients.
• Contribute to intellectual capital through thought leadership and cross-topic knowledge.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members and support Partners in project execution.
