Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic trading or related role.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, P&L, and risk.
• Ability to troubleshoot in fast-moving production environment.
• Proficient in Python; SQL preferred.
• Experience with large trading datasets.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live trading systems, strategies, orders, and P&L.
• Serve as first-line support for trading, execution, and production issues.
• Investigate order, position, P&L, reconciliation, and system exceptions.
• Coordinate with traders, developers, exchanges, and brokers to resolve issues.
• Support strategy deployments, releases, testing, and production changes.
• Monitor exchange events, outages, connectivity, and operational risks.
• Analyze trading and operations metrics to identify issues and improvements.
• Develop tools and automation for monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and ops.
• Maintain production trading procedures and controls; participate in weekend coverage.
