Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Trading Associate to support advisor teams with trade execution and operational tasks on-site in the Cleveland (East), OH area. You will gain hands-on experience with Orion Eclipse and custodial platforms while strengthening processes and accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in trading or related field, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred Series 7/66 licenses; MS Office and Salesforce proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in trading, financial advisory, asset management, or financial planning.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; familiarity with Orion Eclipse and custodial platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate processing of routine investment trades and build technical knowledge.
• Execute trades using Orion Eclipse and custodial platforms per defined processes.
• Review trade details for accuracy and monitor account activity; escalate as needed.
• Respond to advisor requests and support platform navigation for managed accounts.
• Maintain records, follow compliance and risk management requirements.
