You will leverage direct indexing expertise and collaborate with OSAM and Franklin Templeton teams to deliver value for clients.

The role emphasizes direct indexing, SMA experience, and a proven track record with financial advisors, with remote work possible and travel expectations to support regional distribution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset management distribution or specialist experience.
• 3+ years of experience with direct indexing and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Proven success selling to financial advisors.
• Experience with SMAs (separately managed accounts).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the Southeast Division by asset growth and advisor engagement.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise across OSAM and Franklin Templeton.
• Collaborate with wirehouse, independent, bank and regional advisors.
• Be an expert on direct indexing and custom indexing.
