Qualifications

• 2+ years in trading operations, production support, or trading systems.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, scripting, and automation.

We are seeking a highly technical Systematic Trading Operations Engineer to support and scale a high-performance, automated trading platform. This role sits at the intersection of trading, engineering, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and robustness of systematic trading strategies across global markets.

You will work closely with quant researchers, traders, and core engineering teams to monitor live strategies, resolve production issues, and improve operational tooling and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support live systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
• Act as a first responder for trading system incidents, performing root-cause analysis and remediation
• Develop and maintain Python tools for monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and post-trade analysis
• Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based trading infrastructure (low-latency and batch environments)
• Manage trading lifecycle processes including:

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, and distributed systems

• Knowledge of financial markets (equities, futures, FX, options, crypto)
