ICE is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst in San Francisco to provide first line support for NYSE Group trading platforms. The role demands strong analytical skills to assist member firms with trading questions, while monitoring trading activity and maintaining reports.

Ideal candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, required security licenses, and at least 3 years of experience in a trading environment. The expected base salary ranges between $81,600 and $106,500.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a trading environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of NYSE Group Exchanges.
• Monitor trading activity on NYSE Group Exchanges systems.
• Assist NYSE Group member firms with order type questions.

Skills

Superb computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

Security licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 57
