Jobtailor in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Operations Professional to handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and trade support for client accounts managed by Investment Managers. You will monitor daily workflows, book allocations, and complete elections with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires Series 7 licensure, strong QA knowledge, and solid data analysis skills. You will collaborate with Financial Advisors and provide processor training while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in broker-dealer operations with QA and controls.
• Experience leading in an operational environment or as a high-performing GWIM Service Operations Representative.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork, analytical skills, and strong time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Word/Excel including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present and document clearly.
• Experience reviewing documents to identify errors and implement sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact.
• Monitor workflow and ensure daily team deadlines for trade execution.
• Book client allocations and complete elections for client accounts managed by Investment Managers.
• Ensure trades executed by Financial Advisors are booked timely and accurately to client accounts.
• Proactively monitor workflow, provide quality control, identify risks, and escalate where needed.
• Serve as or assist the trade allocation SME for complex or escalated issues.
• Provide training and support to processors.
• Pull reports, analyze data, and format data for decision-making, including daily statistics and metrics.
• Document and summarize team issues clearly.
• Support QA routines as needed.
• Respond to moderately complex client inquiries through multiple channels.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on operational impacts.
