TD Securities USA is seeking an Ops Analyst I to join the Restricted Securities team in Lake Mary, FL / New York, NY. You will support compliant trading and settlement of restricted transactions and collaborate across Operations, Trading, and Legal teams.

The role requires a BS/BA or 3+ years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer operations in equity transactions is helpful.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to identify, elevate and resolve problems and issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational and detail orientation.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with approvals and settlements of restricted transactions.
• Cross-train across department areas to build diverse skills.
• Review trading requests and resolve settlement issues.
• Develop relationships with Operations, Trading, Vendors and Auditors.
• Communicate daily with clients, Transfer Agents and Legal counsels.
