Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL or Python are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end transaction processing, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction records across systems.
• Monitor settlement status, resolve breaks, and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, brokers, and service providers.
• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal control reviews.
• Assist with risk mitigation initiatives.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Support post-trade reporting including cash movements.
