Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a proactive Member of Trading Operations to support post-trade activities for digital assets. You will ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and risk mitigation while coordinating with traders, operations, compliance, and finance teams.

You will contribute to developing and refining processes, maintaining strong client and counterparty relationships, and advancing the firm’s settlement capabilities in a dynamic crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting settlement activities for institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of crypto assets and settlement processes.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the post-trade life-cycle across digital assets, ensuring timely settlements and reconciliations.
• Implement robust risk mitigation across settlement processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, accounting and trading to streamline workflows.
