Job summary

• 7+ years of experience as a trader specializing in derivatives, including options, forwards and structured products.
• Prior sell-side derivatives trading experience at a bulge bracket bank is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive trading strategies for digital asset derivatives, adapting traditional strategies to crypto markets.
• Drive P&L growth while maintaining disciplined risk management.
• Lead and expand OTC derivatives operations, build trading infrastructure and models.
• Guide and mentor junior traders and foster collaboration.
• Apply quantitative analysis to optimize strategies and performance.
