Qualifications

• Focus on a quantitative subject at school (engineering, computer science, math, economics, etc.)
• Demonstrable, innate curiosity for capital markets, specifically the digital assets sector.
• Experience with trading in a personal account and/or participation in blockchain native activities.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced mathematical modeling for trading strategies.
• Design and deploy robust systems for trading execution and risk management.
• Take ownership of a capstone project in specific rotations like Derivatives or Prime Finance.
• Manage real-time data flows and identify patterns affecting firm’s PnL.
• Collaborate to learn the Anchorage Prime ecosystem and ensure trade execution.
• Translate institutional wisdom into technical execution through mentorship.
