Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel with a builder’s mindset to join our Trading Solutions team as an integral partner from discovery through launch, providing strategic legal guidance, research, policies, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across market infrastructure such as crypto trading venues, prime brokers, custodians, and payments rails.

You will structure, draft, and negotiate counterparty agreements; coordinate with internal teams and external counsel; and

Qualifications

8+ years of transactional experience reviewing financial transaction agreements (lending, prime brokerage, ISDA/CSA, trade confirmations).
Experience with crypto trading venues, prime brokers, custodians, and payments rails.
Ability to draft, negotiate a wide range of digital asset trading agreements and related documents.
Strong communication skills and ability to advise executives on regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Structure, draft and negotiate key counterparty agreements for electronic trading, derivatives and financing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on contracts.
Develop contract templates and partner with Compliance on guidelines and playbooks.
Advise executive leadership on regulatory obligations and reputational risk.
