Job summary

MX Holdings is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst in the St. Louis area. The role aligns commodity trading goals with ERP/CTRM IT capabilities, requiring 5–7 years in similar roles within trading/finance. The position emphasizes process analysis and system integration.

The candidate will lead IT implementations, document requirements, test solutions, and train users. A hybrid work setup and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in supply chain management solutions.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain, ERP systems, and data migration practices.
• Experience with system integration and end-to-end process automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CBAP/PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes with stakeholders to identify improvements and IT solutions.
• Lead IT system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal disruption.
• Assist system integration and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with business needs.
• Test IT solutions to ensure reliability and quality before deployment.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support for new systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors on requirements, testing, and procurement.
• Ensure security and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous IT-driven process optimization.
