Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Trading & Asset Servicing Operations Specialist to support brokerage trade operations and asset servicing across our introducing broker-dealer platform. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, event-driven processing, and regulatory awareness.

The incumbent will collaborate with Client Service and advisors, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, and ensure timely, accurate execution across equities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer, custody, or financial services operations with focus on trading and/or asset servicing.
• Experience supporting advisor-facing servicing models and time-sensitive workflows.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, breaks, and servicing controls across trading and asset servicing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle execution, including trade support, allocations, booking, and exception management.
• Provide advisor-facing trading support with timely communication and resolution of issues.
• Execute asset servicing and corporate actions processing, including events and elections.
• Manage event-driven workflows and track deadlines across multiple asset classes.
• Coordinate with Client Service, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure accurate processing.
• Support regulatory reporting, CAT, Rule 606, and data integrity activities.
