Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer, custody, or financial services operations.
• Experience with trading lifecycle, settlements, and corporate actions is essential.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trading lifecycle including trade support, allocations, booking, and exception management.
• Provide advisor-facing trading support and rapid resolution of time-sensitive inquiries.
• Execute asset servicing and corporate actions processing, including elections and entitlements.
• Track event-driven workflows and ensure deadlines are met across multiple asset classes.
• Collaborate with Client Service, back-office and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries.
