Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

This is a full time, fully remote position with a minimum starting base compensation of 40,000 USD yearly before PNL bonuses.

We're a small team of engineers and traders taking on the challenge of providing liquidity to crypto markets. We have built a system that traded billions of dollars in volume last year and have plans to expand to boost our metrics by an order of magnitude this year. We're incredibly excited about the space, the potential and playing our part in the transition to a new financial system. This is a demanding, fully remote role with enormous growth potential, with an option to transition to a Trader role.

Must Have

• Hardworking and self starter attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team in fluent English
• Attention to detail, self-discipline and an analytical mindset supported with knowledge of statistics and math
• Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Math, Finance, Economics, Business or related areas
• Be located within the range of US East Coast to Europe timezones (GMT-4 to GMT+3)
• Experience and interest in crypto in a personal or professional setting, trading and/or investing

Responsibilities

• Cover scheduled shifts of monitoring our trading system to ensure smooth operation of our algorithms, working closely with engineers
• Support the entire trade life cycle; execution, reconciliation, inventory utilization
• Provide input, ideas and perform analysis on how to improve capital efficiency, trading algorithms, creation of new metrics
