ViewTrade Technology is hiring a Technical Financial Analyst to work with the Head of FP&A and Global CFO. You will pull data directly from our Snowflake warehouse, build analyses, and contribute to strategy discussions about what the numbers mean and possible actions.

This is a hands-on corporate finance role, not accounting or controllers. You will own models, write SQL, and help forecast revenue by client and region while supporting cost analysis and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a financial analyst or data analyst.
• Working SQL: comfortable writing queries with joins and aggregations against a data warehouse.
• A working understanding of how capital markets operate at a high level, including brokers, exchanges, and clearing firms.
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools (such as Claude) for real work deliverables, with context and checks for accuracy.
• Based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

ViewTrade Technology builds capital markets infrastructure for financial institutions around the world. We provide the technology behind brokers, primarily across Asia-Pacific and EMEA. Our finance team is small, works closely with leadership, and covers multiple operating entities.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Financial Analyst to work directly with our Head of FP&A and Global CFO. This role runs the full range: you’ll pull the data yourself, build the analysis, and take it all the way to the strategy conversation about what the numbers mean and what the options are.

“Technical” means you will query our Snowflake data warehouse directly rather than waiting on someone else to send you an export.

This is a corporate finance role, not an accounting or controller role.

What You’ll Do

Your first 90 days

• Learn the business, including how a broker’s trading activity turns into revenue for us, working closely with the Head of FP&A.
• Take ownership of the models currently running, and improve them as you learn them.
• Get comfortable in our Snowflake warehouse and the data behind each revenue and cost line.
• Build working relationships with business unit owners and the technology teams.

Ongoing

• Break down revenue by client, region, and type across our main income lines, including transaction fees, payment for order flow, and interest income, working toward daily visibility.
• Write and maintain the SQL behind your models, querying Snowflake directly.
• Build and maintain forecasts and the analysis leadership uses to make decisions.
• Support cost analysis and ad hoc requests from senior leadership.
• Automate recurring work and build in checks so the numbers hold up.
• Document your models and processes so others can follow and pick them up.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 1–2 years of experience as a financial analyst or data analyst.
• Working SQL: comfortable writing queries with joins and aggregations against a data warehouse.
• A working understanding of how capital markets operate at a high level, including what brokers, exchanges, and clearing firms do.
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools (such as Claude) for real work deliverables, and a clear sense of what context and checks they need to produce accurate results.
• Based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake specifically.
• Experience with Claude Cowork or Claude Code, including creating Skills, Artifacts, Shared Projects, and context files.
• Experience at a brokerage, clearing firm, or brokerage technology provider.
