Job summary

TLC Properties in Springfield, MO is seeking a skilled Tradesman with strong plumbing experience for full-time maintenance work. You will handle a variety of tasks from basic repairs to painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on units and common areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of maintenance experience. PTO, benefits, and 401k are offered; on-site work with potential on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items from units and common areas.
• Perform light construction and repairs (concrete, framing, demo, steps).
• Prepare surfaces and complete painting, including patching and finishing.
• Perform carpet cleaning, water extraction and odor treatment; clean upholstery.
• Maintain quality workmanship and ensure all work passes inspection.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
