Job summary

TLC Properties is seeking a skilled Tradesman with strong plumbing experience to join our maintenance team in Springfield, MO. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

The position offers diverse maintenance tasks across units and common areas, with a focus on plumbing repairs and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience and are detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items from units and common areas.
• Perform light construction and repairs (basic concrete, framing, demo, steps, screens, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces and complete painting, including patching and finishing.
• Perform carpet cleaning, water extraction, and odor treatment; clean upholstery as needed.
• Maintain quality workmanship and ensure all work passes inspection.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion.

• Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks
