Job summary

TLC Properties in Springfield, MO is seeking a Grounds Tech to perform grounds and property upkeep under the direction of the Property Manager and Facilities Manager. You will help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our communities using standard groundskeeping tools and practices. A valid Driver's License is required.

Some landscaping or custodial experience is preferred. This full-time, day-shift role offers benefits including PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid

Qualifications

• Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and orderly communities.
• Perform seasonal grounds duties including snow/ice removal, deicing, and leaf removal.
• Assist with custodial duties as needed.
• Safely operate standard groundskeeping tools and wear PPE.
• Maintain basic reports and records as required.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and SDS guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Under the direction of the Property Manager and Facilities Manager, the Grounds Tech performs a variety of grounds and property upkeep duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This position assists with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our communities while using standard groundskeeping tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.

Driver's License is required for the position. Some landscaping or custodial experience preferred. General Groundskeeper Duties.

• Maintain basic reports and records as required.
