Glidewell Dental in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented events coordinator to support trade shows, courses, and other marketing initiatives. You will manage logistics, hotel blocks, literature, A/V, and timely delivery of materials.

The role requires strong organization, at least three years in marketing/event planning, and occasional travel to events. This is a hands-on role supporting the marketing team and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

• Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment, literature and
• Coordinates materials list for trade shows, courses, and remote
• Schedules carrier pick-ups to and from
• Travels to events occasionally.
