Job summary

AMD Lasers, Inc. seeks a Tradeshow Manager & Trainer to plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate company participation in tradeshows and industry events. You will also develop and deliver training to ensure teams represent the company professionally, engage prospects, and maximize event ROI.

The role includes product training for new hires and virtual training for customers and dealer reps, with travel required to multiple events to drive leads and appointments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tradeshow, event, field marketing, sales, or related management.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Experience training, coaching, or developing employees.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly for tradeshows and industry events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, AI tools, and event-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual tradeshow and event calendar.
• Coordinate event logistics, including booth selection, contracts, registration, shipping, setup, staffing, travel, and dismantling.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and leadership to establish event objectives and strategies.
• Oversee booth design, signage, promotional materials, demonstrations, giveaways, and other event assets.
• Provide input on pre-show marketing and outreach campaigns to drive attendance and appointments.
• Coordinate and manage AMD live hands-on events.
• Ensure consistent company branding and messaging across all events.
• Coordinate lead capture, qualification, follow-up, and reporting after each event.
• Measure event performance, including costs, leads, appointments, opportunities, revenue, attendance, and ROI.
• Maintain relationships with event organizers and industry partners.
• Identify new events and opportunities that align with company growth objectives.
