Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Welder to join our team in a fast-paced metal shop environment. You will work on fabricating and finishing exhibits, reading plans to guide fabrication, and ensuring quality throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in metal fabrication, own basic welding gear, and can operate MIG equipment with attention to safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a metal shop.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must have a basic set of tools and welding gear.
• Reliable transportation and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum and steel using MIG welder.
• Basic machining and fabrication tasks.
• Read blueprints and determine fabrication steps.
• Create a cut list and track materials used.
• Operate machinery safely and keep area clean.
• Maintain high-quality output and timeliness.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
