Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a welder with experience in metals (aluminium, steel, stainless) to join our team. You will read blueprints and fabricate parts from start to finish for tradeshow displays, maintaining high quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The position is 90 days to full-time with hours 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime during peak season. Ability to read blueprints and operate metalworking tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a metal shop.
• Must be able to read blueprints and interpret written/oral instructions.
• Ability to create a cut list and track material used.
• Strict adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminium and steel using MIG and TIG welders.
• Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks.
• Read blueprints and determine fabrication sequence.
• Create cut lists and track material usage.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure high-quality output and timely completion within budget.
