Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Welder with experience in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to join our Utah team. You will read blueprints, perform MIG welds, and fabricate metal parts for tradeshow displays. Expect full-time hours, overtime during peak season, and a focus on safety and quality in a dynamic studio environment.

Responsibilities include welding, basic machining, cutting, material tracking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Formación

• Minimum of three years in a metal shop environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Proficient in MIG welding of aluminum and steel.
• Maintain high quality standards and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Weld aluminum and steel using MIG welder.
• Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks.
• Read blueprints to determine sequence and methods.
• Create cut lists and track material usage.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Ensure output quality and manage time within budget.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
