Job summary

Czarnowski Display Service Inc is hiring a welder to join our fabrications team. You will weld aluminium and steel with MIG and TIG processes, read blueprints, and contribute to end-to-end metal fabrication for trade show displays.

We value accuracy, basic math, and your ability to track materials and timelines. The role requires a minimum of three years in a metal shop, a basic toolset, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Three years of metal shop experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and other written/oral instructions.
• Experience welding aluminium and steel using MIG and TIG welders.
• Basic math skills and ability to create cut lists.
• Reliable with a basic set of tools and welding gear.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminium and steel using MIG and TIG welders.
• Basic machining and fabrication tasks.
• Read blueprints to determine fabrication sequence.
• Create cut lists and track material usage.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Maintain high quality output and monitor own work for accuracy.
