Job summary

Paschal Home Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and shape the company’s recruiting strategy across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and support teams in multiple states. You will manage the ATS, deploy AI and automation in the hiring process, and oversee external recruiting partners while supporting hiring managers with workforce planning.

You’ll work directly with the HR Director and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs, design scalable processes, and improve candidate

Qualifications

• Strategic leader with experience shaping talent acquisition in growth environments.
• Experience managing ATS and implementing AI/automation in recruiting workflows.
• Data-driven planning to forecast hiring needs and reduce turnover.
• Proven track record partnering with external recruiting vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Personally recruit for priority, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Set requisition priorities across locations based on the annual hiring plan.
• Build scalable talent pipelines with schools, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage external recruiting partners and service levels, cost per placement.
• Deliver a fast, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
